When it arrives
We pack orders the same working day when they reach us before 3 pm. Delivery takes two to four working days across the United States.
What it costs
Free on orders over $150, and $8 below that. Delivery abroad is shown at checkout.
Returns
Send a piece back within thirty days, unused and in its box, for a full refund. Write to us first and we send you a free return label.
Something broken?
If glass or stoneware arrives damaged, send us a photo with your order number within seven days and we replace it.
